What do I send with my child?
It’s a good idea to send your child in comfortable clothing, dressed for the weather, with sun screen and a hat. Water will be served in the backyard.

Can I request a specific backyard?
Yes. We’ll try our best to consider your request and needs for carpooling etc. If a particular yard is full we will suggest another possibility.

How can I submit the registration form?
Option 1: Save it and email it to the address at the bottom of the form
Option 2: Print it and hand it in at church (to the church office during the week or to Diana or Marie on a Sunday morning)
Option 3: Register in person at the church on Wednesday, May 5th from 7:15-8:15 pm, or Sunday May 23rd or 30th from 10:30-11:00am

When and how do I pay?
We are happy to receive payment in person at church. You can also bring it to your VBS backyard on the first day. You can pay with cash or personal cheque made out to Georgetown Alliance Church. The cost is $25 per child or $60 per family for registration forms received on or before June 20th. After that it increases to $35 per child or $90 per family.

How do I become a volunteer?
You may volunteer to help with planning, preparation, or in a backyard. Backyard volunteers attend a Plan to Protect training session, provide a police check, and work as a team. For more information please contact us.
