A few things you might like know before you visit

“When does church start?”

Our services begin at 9:00 am and 11:00 am. We try to make both services as similar as possible. It’s always good to arrive a few minutes early to catch up with folks or to check out the pre-service announcements on the screen. In the summer months (June to September we have a single service at 10:00am. When in doubt, check the calendar on the web site)

“How should I dress for church?”

You will see everything from jeans and a t-shirt to suit and tie at Georgetown Alliance. Dress comfortably; we’re interested in you not in what you are wearing.

“What do I do with my kids during church?”
We love children! There are great kids programs during all of the Sunday morning services.

Nursery – Our nursery is open 15 minutes prior to each service and has a loving staff to look after newborns through to 3 year olds. If your child needs you at any time during the service, a number assigned to your child will be flashed on one of the small screens above the doors at the front of the church.

4 year olds through to Grade 6 – There are programs offered during both services. Kids sit with their parents in the auditorium until they are dismissed, and parents can pick them up after the service in their classrooms.

Junior high & high school – have a special program from 9:30 am – 10:30 am.

There’s something for everyone at Georgetown Alliance Church!
