A few things you might like know before you visit
“When does church start?”
Our service begins at 10:00 am. It’s always good to arrive a few minutes early to catch up with folks or to check out the pre-service announcements on the screen.
“How should I dress for church?”
You will see everything from jeans and a t-shirt to suit and tie at Georgetown Alliance. Dress comfortably; we’re interested in you not in what you are wearing.
“What do I do with my kids during church?”
We love children! We love to lead them in their own times of worship and they love to join in!
Nursery – Our nursery is open 15 minutes prior to the service and has a loving staff to look after newborns through to 3 year olds. If your child needs you at any time during the service, a number assigned to your child will be flashed on one of the small screens above the doors at the front of the auditorium.
4 year olds through to Grade 5 – Parents are asked to bring their children to the Kidz Worship area and sign them in to their worship program 15 minutes before the 10:00 am service. Pick up after the service is in the fellowship hall beside trhe Kidz Worship area.
grade 6 through 8 – Junior High teens meet for their worship service in the upstairs youth worship area.
